  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment confirmation (except COD).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD), we may verify orders via call or WhatsApp.

  • We reserve the right to cancel suspicious or bulk orders.

Customers may cancel orders before dispatch.

6. Payments

We accept:

  • UPI

  • Debit/Credit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

All online payments are processed via secure third-party gateways.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

  • Delays due to courier or unforeseen circumstances are not our liability.

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if:

  • The product is used or damaged

  • Original packaging is missing

  • Return request exceeds allowed timeline

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or bank account (for COD).

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform including:

  • Logos

  • Text

  • Images

  • Designs

  • Product listings

are the property of TRENZAA and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

TRENZAA shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Loss of profits

  • Service interruptions

  • Delays caused by third-party logistics

Our total liability shall not exceed the order value.

11. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to hack or disrupt services

  • Provide false information

  • Abuse COD facility

Violation may result in account suspension.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Deoghar, Jharkhand.
